We're Flynn and Cooper — two guys from Sydney who got sick of watching great tradies lose money on paperwork.
Our story
It started on the Northern Beaches.
Flynn grew up around the trades in Sydney's Northern Beaches. He spent years watching skilled tradespeople — plumbers, sparks, builders — spend their evenings buried in quotes and invoices instead of being home with their families.
He'd seen it firsthand: tradies losing jobs because their quote took three days to write up, or getting into costly disputes because a scope change was never put in writing.
The existing software didn't help. It was built for accountants — complicated, expensive, and designed for a desk, not a job site.
Cooper spotted the same gap from a different angle. Powerful AI tools existed. None of them spoke tradie.
So they built Haiste: AI tools that do the admin, so tradies can focus on the work.

What we believe
A few things we refuse to compromise on.
Simplicity first
If a tradie who's been on a roof all day can't use it in under 3 minutes, we haven't done our job. Every feature earns its place or it gets cut.
Built for Australia
GST, ABNs, QBCC, the Home Building Act — we built Haiste around Australian law and Australian trade business, not some generic overseas template.

We're not a bank, an accountant, or a software giant. We're a small team who wants Australian tradies to get paid properly for the work they do.

Cooper
Co-Founder
Cooper brings the technical side — he spotted the gap early: powerful AI tools existed, but none of them spoke tradie. He's been building Haiste to fix that ever since.
Where we're at
We're just getting started.
